Name: Madagascan Tomato Frog
Scientific name: Dyscophus antongilii
Range: only found on the island of Madagascar and limited to the northeastern coast from Antongil Bay south to Andevoranto
Habitat: Swamps and shallow pools in the Lowlands of Madagascar
Status: Endangered and listed on Appendix I of the CITES       (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) list 
Diet in the wild: invertebrates
Diet in the zoo: crickets and waxworms
Location in the zoo:  Herpetarium
